All publication fees (Article Processing Charges - APC) are charged to cover the costs associated with the peer-review process, editorial work, and publication services. Once an article is submitted and the peer-review process has commenced, these fees are generally non-refundable.
Refund requests will only be considered under the following conditions:
- Duplicate Payment: If a duplicate payment has been made, we will process a full refund of the extra payment.
- Service Errors: If we fail to provide the agreed-upon services, such as non-publication of an article that has been accepted, a refund may be considered after reviewing the circumstances.
The following situations are non-refundable:
- Article Withdrawal: If an author chooses to withdraw their manuscript after submission, no refund will be issued for any publication fees.
- Rejection by Peer-Review: If a manuscript is rejected during the peer-review process, no refund will be granted for the APC.
- Subscription and Access Fees: Payments made for access to journals or subscription services are non-refundable once access has been granted.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team at support@academiajournals.org. Please provide the details of the payment, including the transaction reference, date, and reason for the refund request. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the request, provided the refund is approved.
In the event of any disputes or disagreements regarding refunds, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue amicably through mutual communication. Should a resolution not be reached, the dispute will be governed by the applicable laws of United States (State of Delaware).
AcademiaJournals.org reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. We encourage users to review the policy periodically to stay informed about our refund practices.
